OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

• Responsible for S&OP,P&FM and coordinating with Material Planner & Mfg to schedule FG Production and
• Coordinate with Logistics team for clearing the material on timeRESPONSIBILITIES:

• Allocate the necessary resources to Industrial scheduling
• Support the Master Production / Repairs schedulers in their daily activities, follow critical topics in detail with them
• Ensure that Master Production / Repairs schedules and GSI data are up to date
• Ensure that Master Production / Repairs schedulers follow the progress properly
• Give visibility on industrial scheduling situation of the site (to supply chain or industrial director), alert when important delays impacting site s OTD are identified and propose solutions. He should be a key contributor to push the site to reach the targets of the KPIs MPS Accuracy, Manufacturing Adherence to plan and Hard WIP
• Share schedules information with internal supplier/customer sites with detailed hypothesis and modifications
• Prepare inputs for P&FM meeting
• Provide data for the S&OP process quarterly
• Manage the team of engineering planner(s) (ALPS, People Management Cycle)
• Ensure the competencies ramp-up of the scheduler(s)
• Ensure that the KPIs MPS Accuracy, Manufacturing Adherence to Plan and Hard WIP are reported on time and calculated according to the standard rules
• Contribute to the APSYS roadmap related actions regarding industrial planning topics
• Ensure that EHS rules are applied

Qualifications & Skills: EDUCATION Graduated from university or engineering school (Master s degree) BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:

• Good knowledge of excel

• Experience of 10+ years on Industrial FG Planning
• Working experience in SAP PP module
