Job Description

    • Title deed verifications and clearances,
    • Giving legal opinions
    • Sarfeasi act
    • Litigations
    • Debt recovery tribunals
    • Tracing of title for the properties offered as security and ensuring that the property has clear and marketable title free of encumbrances.
    • Section 138 cases
      • Attending all other legal issues and co-ordinate with the branches to ensure compliance of the legal requirements in matters connected therewith.
      • Initiation of Legal Proceedings on reference of Non-Performing Assets by the branches
