Job Description

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to deliver the business expectations.
    • Monitoring overall volume delivery, and capacity utilization and also responsible for all the Business Metrics Cost, Quality & Delivery.
    • Responsible for the Statutory Requirements of the Manufacturing Unit.
    • Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Quality / Safety Standards.
    • Ensure compliance with Internal control policies.
    • Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
    • Responsible for related contract (including 3PL) Negotiations, Process improvements and Yields of all plants.
    • Responsible for Manpower and their Performance Career Development and Training.
    • Managing and coordinating 3P operations of dairy products to ensure in time delivery and quality
    SKILLS SETS
    1. Data Analysis for Critical Data Evaluation to enhance productivity.
    2. Business Acumen to implement Principles and Activities for Good Manufacturing Practices.
    3. Develop and Train a Team to complete the predetermined tasks.
    4. Collaboration, Willingness to work with others and create a cohesive working environment.
    5. Technology / System knowledge to manage Good Manufacturing Practices.
    6. Stakeholder and Relationship Management to maintain continuous operation.
    7. Provide clear and concise information (MIS) to the Management through proper channels in written, electronic and other communication formats, including oral.
    EDUCATION
    1. BE / B.Tech Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical engineering with minimum 15 years of experience working with FMCG Industry
    2. Should have thorough knowledge about the Packaging and Blending Machineries
    3. Good Knowledge about latest FSSAI Standards / ISO 22OOO Certifications / GMP Standards and Statutory Compliances pertaining to the factories
    4. Local candidates will be given first preference or any candidates from Tamil Nadu or Kerala.
