Job Description

  1. Manage and develop Business Support Service line focused projects within the group with key focus area on Quality Management back office support
  2. Step-up to a total results oriented attitude that manifests itself by working with the client to assure reasonable expectations are gathered, acknowledged, shared, tracked (audit) and achieved
  3. Guide the team for FMEA, Quality Gates, 8D, Root cause analysis, Risk Mitigation, Concessions, DRBFMs, Functional Safety, and other Plant Quality related topics
  4. Expert in understanding Quality functions carried out in Manufacturing plants
  5. Has fair bit of understanding on Manufacturing Plants processes, understands Automation via Industry 4.0 and can identify Data Analytics within SCM.
  6. Prepare Management Presentations, Case studies and have a Sales acumen to generate new businesses within Quality Management area.
  7. Be responsible for conducting yearly appraisal dialogues with the associates
  8. Be responsible for managing client relationship on a day-to-day basis through available communication channels
  9. Keep management updated on a daily/weekly basis on the developments and progress of the assigned accounts
  10. Facilitate & contribute in the Training process towards Continuous Improvement Programs
  11. Provide necessary on-the-floor training to team as deemed necessary
  12. Actively participate in Process Engineering and Re-engineering activities
  13. Managing a designated team of associates in Coimbatore & Bangalore locations
  14. To supervise teams assigned to ensure client deliverables are met within the established SLAs
  15. Responsible for ensuring productivity targets (Daily /Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly) are achieved
  16. Constantly strive to improve process efficiency and effectiveness
  17. Motivate the team to constantly improve productivity and efficiency towards team goals, project objectives, and company vision
  18. Provide administrative support in project management terms of status tracking and reporting
  19. To facilitate a congenial and cohesive TEAM environment and ensure the team is always motivated
  20. Develop tools for efficient production
