Job Description

To derive at an effective audit methodology/requirement for the projects assigned
Should possess skills to do QA for 8-10 accounts
Responsible for the continuous improvement of the auditors efficiency by training
Identify training gaps and conduct trainings
Possess analytical skills to monitor & measure the quality trend across CRP projects
Responsible for conducting IRR
Feedback/development plan for the associates who have not cleared the IRR
Ensure adherence to external and internal quality and security standards (HIPPA/ISO/ISMS) and educate the same to associates
Maintain documentation to demonstrate adherence to compliance standards; Audit readiness; Floor etiquettes.
Improve client and employee experience by continuous improvements
Framing/Updating the Process guideline on need basis
Review scope document & guidelines for new clients before the start of the project and own pilot project delivery to meet client SLA on quality
