Job Description

Lead the topic Software in Loop (SIL) virtual ECU/vehicle part for the account, responsible for project acquisition to business development for the topic
Responsible to drive vECU development to meet customer and internal use-case requirements
Lead Test automation team for CI/CT/CX and test scripts development activities
Managing high complexity projects and diverse teams
Coordinate with various stakeholders (internal and external) and ensure project milestones
Act as a first point of contact for escalation & business-related queries
Responsible for business development in Test automation domains
Responsible for business planning (Budget, Demand, HC and competency planning)
As a part of leadership team, ensure alignment & implement project strategy in line with organization strategy
Lead cross functional activities & collaborate with leadership team as needed
Responsible for team Competency building looking at current and future needs
Engage closely with the associates and enable their development
Responsible for People management & career development of the team
Goals setting, feedback & Performance discussions
Flexible to travel globally based on business need to participate in various supplier discussions, technical and management discussions
