Job Description

Position Summary :Digital Marketing Manager is in charge of planning and managing online marketing campaigns that promote a companys brand, products, and services. His / her duties include planning campaigns, analyzing metrics, and identifying trends. They typically have experience in art direction and social media. He / She is responsible for the creating the strong presence of the brand in the digital mediumPrinciple Accountabilities

  • Plan, execute, monitor and optimize online marketing campaigns across product categories.
  • Work with the creative team and media agencies for timely and quality execution.
  • Track and report competitor marketing activities as well as price positions on a weekly basis.
  • Be responsible for achieving leads and traffic targets across Search, Display & Affiliate Network.
  • Achieve ROI targets and drive ongoing improvement for the same through rigorous testing and optimization.
  • Ongoing analytics for Landing page optimization and testing to improve conversion of online campaigns.
  • Ongoing reporting on relevant metrics and status of action items.
  • Manage weekly and monthly online marketing budgets
  • Perform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
  • Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals general and keyword specific
  • Administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools) for purposes of diagnostic reporting
  • Help to create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes (e.g. customer videos briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers)
  • Implement link building campaigns in coordination with client SEO goals
  • Assist in development and execution of communication/content strategies via social communities in coordination with SEO goal
Desired Candidate Profile
  • MBA / PGDM graduates with marketing experiences are preffered.
  • Candidates with 10 - 12 years of experience are required.
  • Sound knowledge of online marketing concepts across Google AdWords, Facebook Ads/SEO/eDMs/Affiliates and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Take strong ownership for assigned tasks and independently take them to closure.
  • Meticulous planning and execution with attention to detail.
  • Interpretation on numbers and data.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required.
  • High speed of execution and quick but collaborative decision making.
  • Self-driven, ability to plan and execute in ambiguous / limited data availability situations.
  • Should have an aesthetic eye for good creative and design.
