Job Description

    We are looking for Front Line Sales (FLS)Relationship Manager (RM) for our Direct channel with minimum 6 months of sales experience. Any graduate in the age of 21 to 38yrs can walk-in with your resume.Salary 1.8L per annum + 60,000 Annual variable + incentivesFinancial Planning Manager (FPM) for our Direct channel with minimum 2yrs of sales experience or minimum 1year of BFSI industry experience. Any graduate in the age of 24 to 38yrs can walk-in with your resume.Salary 2.30L per annum + 60,000 Annual variable + incentivesAssociate Sales Manager (ASM) for our Direct channel with minimum 3yrs of sales experience or minimum 1year of BFSI industry experience. Any graduate in the age of 24 to 38yrs can walk-in with your resume.Salary 3.20L per annum + 60,000 Annual variable + incentivesDirect Sales channels give you direct access to customers without any intermediaries. Get business through company provided leads/ walk-ins and existing customers. The different modes of distribution in this channel include:Loyalty- Where leads are provided by outbound and inbound contact centers and the portfolio of customers are classified based on different campaignsDirect Service channel (DSC): Taps into existing customers by effectively resolving customer queries.
    • The key responsibility of this role is to meet assigned customer and close sales.
    • Post on boarding, you will undergo an intensive training program focused upon Insurance industry, products, sales processes and channel management. After the successful completion of training you will be required to meet your branch manager who will guide you on your key roles and responsibilities.
    • This is a field job, which may have to travel within the assigned geography to meet customers assigned to you for sales & service delivery.
    • You will be evaluated on your ability to meet the business targets (Top line, Persistency, Product Mix) by working on assigned calls.
