Job Description

    A recently featured well funded start up on Shark Tank India, in Beauty and Personal Care industry is looking for passionate Area Sales Manager for their Delhi/NCR, Punjab, Lucknow and Dehradun offices.Role OverviewWe are hiring Area Sales Manager who has a strong organizational, planning, and communication skills with a track record of building successful customer relationships in a transactional environment. This position offers you the opportunity to work in a merit based environment and utilize your sales experience, while scaling your career into advanced sales. You would be responsible for selling our products to specific customer segments and ensuring a positive customer experience with establishing the brands footprint in Delhi NCRHeres what youll do day-to-day:
    • A field intensive role where you help B2B Salon market, engage and connect with their audience better by selling our products
    • Effectively search prospective clients and convert sales leads, which could range from stand alone salons to chains/brands
    • Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing / invoicing, and payment collection, result tracking and troubleshooting
    • Allocating leads, tracking and monitoring the work of the on ground team along with ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of their work
    Job Responsibilities
    • Drive B2B sales calls and quote requests to focus on maintaining and expanding customer relationships as well as increasing conversion gains with new customers
    • Recommends products considering customer needs and interests
    • Makes decisions based upon an appropriate amount of information/data analysis
    • Revenue responsibility of geographical areas within the state
    • Meeting the quality and compliance requirement of the organization
    • Use the necessary sales tools to understand the customers need
    • Provide a high level of service and professionalism taking into account the consideration
    • that all prospects and customers have an express requirement, and are looking for instant and immediate action
    Experience we are looking for
    • Candidates with 3-4 years of relevant experience from B2B Business, Beauty Products, Salon network handling experience preferably with a base in Delhi/NCR, Punjab, Lucknow and Dehradun.
    • You should be someone with strong process knowledge, should be able to identify how these products and services align to customer needs
    • Articulate communicator, fluent in English with excellent listening skills
    • Should be a Go getter, Self-motivated, Self Driven and Ambitious, should have a strong sense of initiative and personal leadership demonstrating the ability to function
    • Independently, and comfortable setting and leading his own on ground team
    • Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
