1.Should have prior experience in NBFCs or DSA, Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Banking Mortgages 2.Identify sales opportunities for all mortgage products(Home Loan, Home OD, Balance Transfer, Loan Top-up, Loan against properties) 3.Product Knowledge and Consultation: Stay up-to-date with mortgage industry regulations, products, and services. Provide expert advice to clients on suitable mortgage options, rates, terms, and eligibility criteria. 4.Loan Processing and Documentation: Collaborate with internal teams and Bank/NBFC Officials (underwriters and loan processors) to facilitate smooth loan processing and timely closure. Collect necessary documentation from clients, review applications, and assist in the completion of required paperwork. 5.Direct operational activities on a day-to-day basis. 6.To convert the leads referred by Digital Sales teams into the Business & fulfill the customer requirement. 7.Own Conveyance is preferred.
