Roles and Responsibilities: 1 Verifying the accuracy of the utility bills (power and gas) for the clients which are based in the United Kingdom, following the processes linked to this activity 2. Updating the internal data base with relevant information and documentation related to each client 3. Identifying errors on the bills and contacting the suppliers to resolve them in favor of our clients 4. Sound knowledge in Non-Commodity charge validations 5. Report regularly to Team Leader on the set up and validation status and coordinate the service delivery 6. Collaborates extensively with other departments throughout the Company to ensure the correct stream of the information.K K Constructions
