Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our IT department and manage the organizations technology infrastructure. The IT Manager will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operation of all technology systems, including hardware, software, and networks. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT management and a deep understanding of technology trends and best practices.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the organizations technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards that align with the organizations goals and objectives.
  • Manage the IT budget and allocate resources to ensure the timely and effective delivery of IT services.
  • Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement IT security policies and procedures to protect the organizations assets and data.
  • Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage relationships with IT vendors, negotiating contracts and service level agreements.
  • Keep up-to-date with technology trends and best practices, and make recommendations to senior management on the adoption of new technologies.
