Job Description

About: We are seeking a highly skilled Consolidation Manager with a minimum of 8 years of experience to join our team. As a Consolidation Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with auditors for the annual audit procedure of the group, overseeing the timely preparation of consolidated and standalone financial statements, and providing support to the Exploration and Production (E&P) team for reporting and consolidation of financials. Roles and Responsibilities:

Coordinate with auditors for the annual audit procedure of the group.
Oversee and ensure timely preparation of consolidated and standalone financial statements of various groups/entities on a quarterly and annual basis, with detailed disclosures and notes to consolidated financials under IFRS for all group companies of the Group.
Support the E&P team for timely reporting and consolidation of quarterly and annual financials, along with detailed analysis.
Prepare segment-wise financials for all group entities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather financial data and ensure accuracy in consolidation processes.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations.
Stay updated with the latest developments in IFRS and accounting regulations to ensure compliance.
Utilize financial systems and tools such as Oracle and SAP to streamline consolidation processes.
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and consolidation.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of financials, including financial statement preparation, consolidation, and analysis.
In-depth understanding of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
Proficiency in working with financial systems, such as Oracle and SAP.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed financial analysis.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with auditors, stakeholders, and team members.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
