1. To identify potential customers in the segments of Automotive, EV, Digital and 5G.2. Responsible to achieve the sales targets in the assigned region stipulated by the management.Responsible to execute & perform basis the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans and strategies as per the business sales forecast.3. To achieve the monthly / yearly targets assigned by the management.4. To foster the sales revenues by offering Omron one step solutions to OEM and direct customer (end users) in the SMT / Electronics PCB5. Assembly and PCB testing segment across the assigned territory.6. Creating account plans and Sales Proposal for each key account and manage the execution.7. Co-ordinate and build positive relationship within different department/s of the organization (Omron) to deliver the best services as per the commitment given to customer, in-line with the customer expectations.8. Develop & maintain good network, healthy business relationship with customers and Channel Partners.9. Identify Competitor strategy and product in competition and prepare comparison for Sales material.Qualification
