Job Description

    Financial control is at the heart of the BT Finance Transformation Journey and the effective use of SAP GRC Process Control technology is a key enabler. This role is ensures the effective use, continuous improvement and development of SAP GRC Process Control an is instrumental in ensiring effectiveYoull have the following responsibilities Provide subject matter expertise in area of SAP GRC process control Manage day to day activities related to maintenance of control master data, change requests & user assignment Lead periodic control assessments by triggering & coordinating evaluations such as CSA, CDA, Sign-off Develop & maintain stakeholder relationships to improve end user experience for GRC Convert business requirement for system enhancements to technical design document Provide SMR support to the team implementing enhancement/changes to GRC PC configuration Provide ideas to streamline existing process & introduce automation for increasing operational efficiency Promoting a strong controls cultureYoull have the following skills & experience Matrix working: Comfortable working in a large organisation where activities are managed according to a matrix structure. Able to work collaboratively and manage own time to meet deliverables. Communication: translating complex business and technical process into clearly understandable documents and presentatiions. Ability to tailor message to the relevant audience, distilling key messages without losing the appropriate level of detail Technical Mindset: ability to understand, dedupe and explain complex IT systems Analytical Mindset: ability to cut through swathes of information and pull out key messages/themes, identify issues / root causes, diagnose and/or solve problems Ability to Challenge: bias towards bold and confident thinking, challenging the status quo where appropriate Pragmatism: able to deal with ambiguity, identify resources to implement and determine pragmatic solutionsPrioritisation: able to prioritise work and work independently on core deliverablesMandatory: SAP GRC Process Control design and configuration Maintenance of SAP GRC Process Control master data Configuring & use of GRC PC evaluation methods (CSA,CDA,MTOE, Sign-off etc.) Design and implementation of complex PC functional processes and workflows within the application Design and build of SAP GRC PC CCM business rules & master data setup Good knowledge of SAP controls and configurations for designing their CCM data sources and business rules Working with a SOX based controls environment Preferred: Experience in 1-2 end-to-end implementation projects in SAP GRC Process Control , *.
