Job Description

    Hiring forAccounts ReceivablesExecutiverole for Snacks division.Location : GurugramCTC- upto 3LPARole:
    • Creating Performa Invoices in SAP or Excel.
    • Issuing Credit Notes for Damaged, Expired Goods etc.
    • AR Reconciliation- Follow ups with Customer on call and mail for Ledger balances and reconciling on regular basis.
    • Posting daily Incoming payments in SAP.
    • Claim Settlement Process- Following up with Customer, Entry Posting and Settlement, Recording of GST Invoices for Claims
    • Ad-hoc Tasks as per the Management requirements.
    Expectations:
    • Basic Knowledge of MS Excel
    • Experience in SAP B1 module preferrable
    • 3-4 years of experience in accounting domain
    • Good in Verbal and Written Communication
    • Candidate should have a Bachelors Degree from a reputed institution.
    • Experience in Reconciliations, Customer follow up.
