Job Description

    About the RoleAs anAdmin Manager ,you will ensure all support activities run efficiently and effectively to allow the other departments to function smoothly. In this role, you will manage the administrative work, helping stakeholders make arrangements and execute office administration strategy across the organization.Job responsibilities
    • Executing all day-to-day administration and being the contact person for anything related to admin like (but not limited to) managing office space for the meeting rooms and related team engagement activities.
    • Organizing office events, making food arrangements, handling consignments/couriers, authorizing visitor admission, managing security and housekeeping staff, vendor management and coordination, organizing office supplies
    • Handling all infrastructure issues at the workplace related to computers, printers, and furniture, including renewal of AMCs
    • Keeping updated records and files, document management and invoicing
    • Managing travel arrangements and expense reimbursements on the company portal, like booking flights, visas, accommodation, ground transportation
    Job requirements
    • A bachelors degree
    • 1-2 years of proven experience in the office administration domain
    • Excellent communication skills
    • skills with a problem-solving attitude
    • Ability to work independently, come up with new ideas and have a go-getter attitude
