While assisting the team on ERP implementation is important, this role can also expand into Asstt. Manager Accounts which shall involve responsibility for maintaining the books of accounts.Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural flair for associating and connecting with people at all levels. Must have a strong background in ERP implementation or working on ERP system, accounting knowledge, analytical skills, ability to evaluate data to make informed decisions and strong desire to become a part of a dynamic team.Why We Need This RoleThe requirement is for an objective person to add value and improve our operations by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of ERP implementation by managing the extensive data-crunching and data-migration from one ERP system (i.e. Xero) to another ERP system (i.e. Netsuite).Ideal candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of accounting and expertise of working in an ERP system preferably Netsuite.Why You Should JoinThis is a challenging and diverse role that requires you to handle entire gamut of accounting function of a rapidly growing organization and help in transitioning from Xero ERP system to Netsuite ERP. • Passionate about loosely held values and ideas. We want someone who has experience but is not blinded by the path already taken.
• Chartered Accountant or CPA or CFA or MBA(Finance) .
• 4 to 6 years of accounting experience and atleast one ERP Implementation experience.
• Previous position preferably in a Start-up or an IT Company or Big4 firm or ERP Advisory firm.
• Proficiency in Netsuite ERP System
• Lots of energy and multitasking.
• Good understanding of business and financial issues
• Ability to work in tight deadlines.

First Six Month Deliverables

• Review company accounting data and chart of accounts and understand the objective of Netsuite ERP implementation.
• Perform and control the full data migration of accounting records from Xero to Netsuite as per formats provided by Netsuite Implementation Partner.
• Obtain, analyse and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc.
• Maintain open communication with team members and Netsuite Implementation Partner.
• Document process and prepare necessary audit trail for ERP implementation.
• Introduce best practices in ERP Implementation process.
• Testing the effectiveness of various integrations developed by the Netsuite Implementation Partner.
