Job Description

Oversee the end-to-end procurement process for all materials related to the Ground Mount Solar PV Projects.
Preparation of Request for Proposals (RFP)/Request for Quotations (RFQ) and sharing with vendors, comparing quotations based on price, Negotiations with respect to materials rates, delivery time, transport/freight charges, incoterms.
Preparing & issuing Purchase Orders in SAP, incorporation of technical & commercial terms in purchase orders and Maintaining of purchase tracking log.
Search out the new vendors with best quality and saving.
Should be responsible for purchasing Balance of Plant items and spares in operating Solar Projects .
Must have good knowledge of Balance of Plant of Solar Projects and knowledge of various related sources.
Good knowledge of Commercial terms & Conditions.
Good Communication & Negotiation skills.
Must have working experience on SAP/ERP systems.
