The distribution strategy is omni-channel with 90+ offline stores, presence in Modern Trade, General Trade and Horizontal e-commerce like Amazon, Flipkart as well as owned platform- Healthkart.com

  • Analyze Data to detect deficient controls, Duplicity of efforts, Noncompliance with laws and recommend changes in operations & financial activities.
  • Inspection of Accounts Book & Accounting system for improving efficiency, effectiveness & use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions.
  • Conducting Audit of Companies and reporting Audit Findings to Management.
  • Reconciliation of Accounts Payable on Regular Basis.
  • Preparation of Monthly MIS Reports including Cost Centre wise reports, Cash Flow reports and other Operational reports in compliance with time & accuracy norms.
  • Filing of GST & TDS returns.
  • Review of running bills as per work Order for further Payment processing and release of retention money.
  • Review all type of expenses for releasing payment such as Salary, Vendors, Utilities
  • Preparation of Projected Balance sheet, Provisional Balance sheet & Project reports.
