SirionLabs is a 550+ people company with 7 offices globally.Job Role: Analyst (Implementation Support) Years of Experience required: 3-5 Years Work Location: Gurgaon, RequirementsResponsibilities:

  • Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
  • Work independently on complex issues & identify solutions to resolve client requirements.
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to Account Managers & internal users as needed.
  • Customize system based on client s needs and specifications.
  • Willing to work over weekends as required.
  • Should have strong problem-solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proven work experience (3-5 years) on SaaS based applications.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft excel/Word and understanding of internet technologies.
  • Work cross-functionally within the organization to keep project deadlines on point.
  • Should be well versed with SDLC, Incident Management, Change Management process including Bug Tracking and Ticketing tools.
Requirement:
  • Educational Qualification Required Bachelors Degree or similar Degree/ Diploma.
  • At least 3 years (Analyst) of working experience in ERP implementation, supporting SAAS cloud applications.
  • Very good knowledge of technical Implementation & support
  • Strong communicator and have a friendly attitude.
  • Knowledge of handling complex user access module
  • Highly analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Experience in cloud-based Implementations, process adaptation & UAT
Preferred - B.E., B. Tech, BCA, MCA
