Visit us at www.accenture.com Skill or Operating Group Instructional Design [Tand&O] Level Analystandlt;br or andgt; Location Gurgaon or Mumbai or Bangalore or Pune Travel Percentage Expected Travel could be anywhere between 0-100%andlt;br or andgt; andlt;br or andgt; Principal Duties andlt;br or andgt; And Responsibilities: Based on the identified business problem audience profile and evaluation methodology to implement in a proposed learning solution support the Project or Team Lead through the different phases of design and development. andlt;br or andgt; o Assist the Project or Team Lead in completing the detailed content outline.andlt;br or andgt; o Understand the overall learning solution design and create effective training materials that map to the client s business needs.andlt;br or andgt; o Design and develop training material using a wide range of learning modalities including Instructor-led training web-based training virtual training simulations facilitator and participant guides and performance support materials by applying advanced adult learning theories to accelerate learning. andlt;br or andgt; o Collaborate effectively with Subject Matter Experts .SMEs. team leads media and technology teams and other identified stakeholders to support iterations or improvements to the learning material for improved business outcomes.andlt;br or andgt; Identify various visualization elements to enhance the training material and support the Media or Graphics Design team by providing detailed visualization notes. andlt;br or andgt; Prepare instructor or facilitator guides for Instructor Development Workshops Train the Trainers etc.andlt;br or andgt; Provide support in developing standards and templates for the proposed learning solution.andlt;br or andgt; Perform quality checks on the training deliverables to meet the standard quality benchmarks. andlt;br or andgt; Qualifications: Education- Graduate or Post Graduate preferably with a background in HR or Learning andlt;br or andgt; Professional Background - Desirable - MA or Diploma in Instructional Design or MA in Learning Sciences MBAandlt;br or andgt; Experience: 3-5 years of experience in instructional design content development with an understanding of training and design strategy.andlt;br or andgt; Experience in gathering and understanding source content to create engaging courses based on the target audience. andlt;br or andgt; Experience in applying proven learning methodologies and emerging technologies for adult learning.andlt;br or andgt; Expertise in industry standard design or rapid authoring tools such as Articulate or Captivate or Lectora or Camtasia and SAP Enable Now or WalkMe etc. and be comfortable with client proprietary authoring tools .The candidate should be aware of the technical functionalities and limitations of these tools.andlt;br or andgt; Experience in working with global teams.andlt;br or andgt; andlt;br or andgt; Key Competencies and Skills: Ability to design and develop new age learning modalities such as gamified learning microlearning mobile learning would be an added advantage. andlt;br or andgt; Ability to write clear and measurable learning objectives.andlt;br or andgt; Ability to write content and assessment questions mapping to the learning objectives.andlt;br or andgt; Ability to visualize the training content to help retain information through visual clues and add value to the instruction. andlt;br or andgt; Ability to prioritize and manage the assigned tasks and meet the desired milestones. andlt;br or andgt; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced project-driven environment. andlt;br or andgt; andlt;br or andgt; Soft Skills:andlt;br or andgt; Strong analytical skillsandlt;br or andgt; Integrated business perspectiveandlt;br or andgt; Business acumenandlt;br or andgt; Communicate effectively in visual oral and written form.andlt;br or andgt; Good communication and interpersonal skillsandlt;br or andgt; Cross cultural competenceandlt;br or andgt;,
