Roles and Responsibilities/ Mission Statement : 1. The AD, Sales would be leading a large sales team in Domestic Business2. The person will be a custodian for revenue generation in the team3. Meet revenue numbers through team targets4. Deep understanding of Sales, and be able to build the right plans from concept to execution.5. To deliver 1 Crore revenue per week by selling PlanetSpark live online classes Outcomes Expected : 1. Call post demo hot leads and convert2. Deliver 1 Crore revenue per week3. Generate 300 enrollments /week for PlanetSpark Live Online Classes with ARPU as 34k What are we looking for : - Excellent Leadership skills.- 6 to 9 years of Direct Sales work experience ( Preferably in a B2C startup )- Willing to work 6 days a week- Working out of Gurgaon / Willing to relocate to Gurgaon What are the behavioral attributes that we are looking for - A keen desire to drive Business Development/ Sales for a fast-growing Series B funded startup- An apparent Founders mindset i.e. A mindset where the person can own up Business Development/Sales and shape it independently like a Founder CULTURE SNEAK-PEAK : Apart from doing impactful work together, we ensure that our employees are well taken care of and that they feel strongly about creating confidence across the globe.,
