Job Description

    KEY ACTIVITIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES :Strategy Development & Execution- Develop marketing plans addressing category recruitment- Develop and execute the annual marketing calendar- Conceptualize communication plans to create brand recall and actively engage consumers and execute them through a prudent mix of ATL and BTL activities- Understand consumer needs and market dynamics- Work closely with local managers and the sales team to ensure alignment and execution marketing activities- Develop relevant promotional strategies for consumers - Support launch of promotional schemes for channel partners- Understand market and consumer feedback by leveraging internal and external data sources and present insights for future developments Consumer Connect- Plan and execute on-going programs for better consumer connect especially focusing on the youth segment- Effective execution of market development activities for creating better brand awarenessCreativity & Innovation- Partner with creative agencies to develop effective modes of communication both within stores and outdoors- Partner with merchandising agencies to develop resources to reaching out to consumer Self-Development- Keep abreast with latest industry trends and research- Understand Bausch + Lomb competency framework and Values and demonstrate in day to day operations- Take ownership of personal development and maximize career opportunitiesThis job opening was posted long time back.
