Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.Area Sales Manager Based GURGAONWorking Area - North IndiaDivision: Commercial Solutions DivisionThe job will oversee 3M product penetration with excellent product mix ratio and adding channel/distributors across the territory and achieve agreed sales volumes from Markets.The main objective of the job:Top-line Achievement of assigned Area : Achieve business targets w.r.t. Secondary and Primary Sales.Business Development: Responsible for developing and expanding Sales and Profitability of the company in the assigned area.People Management: Motivate and lead the team of Field Sales Officers to ensure achievement in given territory,Key Account Management: Should use his skills to develop new KEY ACCOUNTS and service the existing one, to ensure regular flow of orders from them.Channel Management: Build up, manage and support distributor network in the markets.Job Requirements:An Aggressive sales professional with proven track record in achieving targets through Institutional Key Account, Channel distributors / dealers and who has adequate territory knowledge and command over local language would be desired.Qualifications:
    • MBA with a minimum of 5 years work experience
    • Experience in Key Account Management & Channel sales of Cleaning Solutions
    • Industry knowledge of building service contractors, hospitality and industrial cust
