Job Description

    Role The role will include the following activities: - You will be a core member of the Valuation team advising on business plans, transactions, decision support, optimization, and review of all types of business for a diverse range of clients.- You will advise on the evaluation of all types of businesses, projects and securities, intangible assets, and financial instruments. - This could be for financial/tax reporting, mergers & acquisitions, investment, and business growth plans. You will manage and deliver projects and teams of people and work within a diverse and highly professional group of valuation specialists.- Quickly developing an understanding of the industry, the business operations, and its key drivers.- Interpreting and analyzing financial statements, annual reports, management presentations, and business plans - Extensive experience in various valuation methods: Income, Comparable companies, and Transactions.- Proficient with Impairment assessment, Purchase price allocations, and option pricing models- Knowledge of the Valuation of Complex Securities and Portfolio Valuation would be added advantage- Assumes responsibility for quality control and accuracy of client deliverables- Writes valuation reports and summarizes analyses and conclusions- Manage, develop, train, and provide feedback to team members- Create presentations for client portfolios.- Preparing quality deliverables within the agreed timelines- Affinity for current events, critical issues, and relevant news. Skill Required for the Role - In order to be considered for this role, your competencies will cover the broad scope of transaction advisory services, leveraging your professional background and skills such as: CA / MBA / CFA (International) - Excellent academic track record and credentials.- Excellent verbal, written communication skills and financial writing skills- Proven analytical and systematic problem-solving skills - Ability to quickly interpret and review financial models and apply advanced financial analysis - Excellent MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) skills- Interest in working in a challenging and dynamic environment - Strong commitment to professional client service excellence - High-quality interpersonal skills, integrity, and credibility - Proactive and willing to look for ways to improve processes and procedures.
