Job Description

    *The candidate will work with group of model developers within a Delivery Team and help to manage day-to-day tasks to ensure high levels of productivity, accuracy, and work priority. This might include maintenance of custom applications as well as the customization of products from software vendors
    • Be part of solution design process during the design cycle to support the creation of the design documents
    • Perform application/Anaplan model development duties
    • Provide support in the analysis of the system and business requirements for testing, development of test cases and test data and ensuring the development of quality deliverables .
    • Provide technical SME assistance for existing or new models/ functionality within Anaplan
    • Work closely with other Anaplan model builders for assignment of various deliverables
    • Resolution of identified gaps/defects between business requirements and Anaplan/application functionality.
    • Assist with issue tracking and resolution.

    • 5 to 7 years of exposure in Anaplan application is preferrable .
    • Very strong communication Skills are needed, who can communicate with functional team and business users and understand the business requirement from them.
    • Application changes complete on-time, to a target level of quality
    • Timely and accurate completion of Software Development Lifecycle deliverables in a manner that is auditable, testable, and maintainable
    • Consistency with solution design and business specification standards
    • Ensure for technical integrity of changes made to systems
    • Adherence to development governance & SDLC standards
    • Must be able to set priorities and multi-task
    • Proficiency with multiple application delivery models including Agile, iterative and waterfall
    • Developer experience in either Anaplan or Oracle Hyperion Planning highly preferred
    • Broad understanding of application development and support technologies
    • Prior work experience in an insurance or technology field preferred
    • Prior work experience as Scrum Master preferred
    • Adaptable to new/different strategies, programs, technologies, practices, cultures, etc. Comfortable with
    • change, able to easily make transitions.
    • Bachelor s degree in the field of computer science, information systems, business management, or a related field preferred
