Expect high ownership, learning, and amazing work culture.As an Assistant Manager, you would be responsible for ensuring that Pickrr clients have a phenomenal experience. You will be required to lead a team of 5-10 associates directly and drive the teams performance to ensure that weekly and monthly targets are met while delivering a great experience to the customers.Job Responsibilities- Manage and provide day-to-day support to our in house associates, SMEs, including resolution of all system related issues- Responsible for driving the key metrics of the team and delivering a superlative experience to the customers- Deep down into escalations received primarily via social media and enable front line to close issues. Interact directly with customers if need be- Analyze various process gaps and raise requests for new SOPs to close loop- Identify customer needs, provide customer insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions for those customers- Would be responsible for associates retention and growth in the organization- Should be open for working on weekends- Must possess superb verbal and written English communication skillsExperience and Qualification :- Should have a bachelors/Masters degree from a reputed college- Proven work experience as a Team Lead or Assistant Manager or similar role- Previous experience in logistics will be an added advantage- Should have a proven high-performance track recordCompensation and Benefits- Best in industry compensation- Healthcare benefits- A very open, young and positive work environment, where everyone treats each other as family #customerexperience,
