Responsibilities:1) Performance Marketing:- Run performance marketing campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter across different geographies- Create and optimize performance marketing campaigns- Run A/B tests to fine-tune communication and targeting- Analyse performance and maintain performance dashboards2) Landing Pages and Conversion Funnel :- Design and A/B test landing pages- Work closely with the product teams to optimize the conversion funnel across web and apps- Create drip marketing flows and communication to improve conversion3) Data analytics and campaign optimization- Create a analytics funnel to help analyse costs and optimize campaigns 4) Growth Hacking:- Unlock new growth hacks in accordance with different growth stages of the companyWhat are We Looking For - Must have 3-5 years of experience in online growth for a high growth consumer tech startup- Exceptional analytical abilities and a data first approach- Experience in running international growth campaigns is highly desirable- B.Tech or MBA from a Tier-1 institute (IITs/ IIMs / NITs) would be highly desirableWhat are the behavioral attributes that we are looking for - A keen desire to build the growth function for a fast-growing Series B funded startup- An apparent Founders mindset i.e. A mindset where the person can own up the online marketing function and shape it independently like a Founder,
