The incumbent will develop reports, analyze data and provide actionable insights across various digital channels.Responsibilities:1) Marketing Data Extraction and Organization:- Extract large amount of marketing data and CRM data - Organize the marketing data using commonly available tools- Automate data extraction and updating2) Marketing Reporting:- Create dashboards and visualizations for key marketing data- Automate various reports related to marketing data and insights- Generate reports on demand3) Hypothesis Testing and Modeling - Build models that will predict which marketing channels to scale- Optimize for various factors such as cost per lead, lead quality rating, lead conduction and lead conversion 4) Actionable Insights- Provide actionable insights by understanding the marketing funnel - Work closely with the performance marketing and business teams to provide suggestionsWhat are We Looking For - Must have 2-6 years of experience in marketing or product analytics with a high growth consumer tech startup and/ or a marketing analytics firm- B.Tech from a Tier-1 institute (IITs/ IIMs / NITs) is a MUST have- Deep knowledge of Python, R, SQL, and Advanced Excel- Deep understanding of various analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau etc- Exceptional analytical abilities and a data-first approachWhat are the behavioral attributes that we are looking for - A keen desire to build the growth function for a fast-growing Series B funded startup- An apparent Founders mindset i.e. A mindset where the person can own up the online marketing function and shape it independently like a Founder,
