    Job TitleAssistant Vice President - Marketing & CommunicationsJob Description SummaryJob DescriptionResponsibilitiesHandle and execute communication campaigns for our service lines to drive awareness around key programs and initiatives internallyHandle end - to - end communication initiatives internally and on social mediaCoordinate with business units to gather information and craft content and messages for mailers, social media posts, digital screens, creatives for internal communications etc.Ensure that news, achievements, employee experience initiatives, and information on the business are collected and promoted on all internal platforms in suitable formatsMaintain a leadership townhall calendar and manage the townhallsStoryboard or translate communication plans to the designersShould have a creative eye and a keen interest in design, visualization, creation of attractive newslettersManage communication calendar and ensure seamless and timely disseminationQualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualificationsExperience in a communications team, especially internal communication, for a large business or organization.Background in understanding metrics, and data analyticsOutstanding written and oral communications skills, coordination, problem-solving, and negotiation skillsCapable of working across complex organizations and environments prone to regular changeExcellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively between different disciplinesBusiness understanding: Ability to understand C&Ws core businessExcellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills as well as the ability to source stories from employeesAbility to navigate, interact with and manage a variety of stakeholders and leadershipAdditional must-have qualitiesExperience of writing for a variety of different audiences is also desired.
