Job Description

    Careers that Change Lives Main Purpose Support the end-to-end process of product complaint information that comes into the Complaint Handling Database, from intake to closure in Japan and Korea. A Day in the Life Translate Korean event description into English within the complaint data base with support of Machine Translation tool following the complaint processes;Complaint Intake & AssessmentComplaint Coding & Literature searchComplaint Determination (including closure of non-complaints events)Translation of Event informationCustomer CommunicationFollow-up communication and closed of complaintTranslate Japanese service report into English within the complaint data base with support of Machine Translation toolProcess the event within the complaint database as per instruction, including uploading documents into the database Must Have- Minimum Requirements Full Time Graduate-Any DegreeExperience required: 1-4 years; Others: Data Entry, Operating Microsoft-based PC, experience or proficiency in MS Office Tools MS Outlook; Excel, Word, Share point, PDFCompetencies/Language Skills Ability to process data accurately and promptly per instruction, Communication skill (Appropriate contact when problems occur), Japanese reading skills Nice to haves: Good verbal communicator and presenter Good command over English and Korean languageProfessional presentation and Presence Professional standard of written and verbal communication to sales team and customersAbility to quickly establish credibility with all levels of customer basePeople and Relationship building Skills including Networking Skills Logical approach & reasoning skills while analyzing competition & market trends.Strong Analytical ability during customer/patient call.Ability to deal with ambiguity & persevere to resolve situation at hand PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described within the Responsibilities section of this job description are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
