Job Description

    Company : A leading London headquartered firm Role : Associate Director/ Director-Marketing Strategy Experience : 10+ years Location : Gurgaon Role Summary : Take charge of Marketing Strategy for the firms India operations Key responsibilities will include : - Create and implement marketing strategies and communication vision for the brand, which creatively promotes its unique position in the marketplace- Focus on creatively developing and driving the organizations brand equity & employer branding- Conceptualize and drive creative solutions to business challenges, support all decisions with creative, strategic and business reasoning, and present innovative concepts and ideas to stakeholders- Develop creative briefs for various purposes and different stakeholders- Suggest creative ideas for client acquisition- Creative use of available traditional and digital tools, social media platforms, public relations activities & other communication channels to the companys advantage Experience Required :- A post-graduation/ graduation degree in - Marketing & Branding- or similar specialization from a premier institute- Around 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably with a creative / advertising firm- Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in strategic and creative design and execution of organizational brand building, marketing, and communications - Ability to work independently and responsibly while managing multiple projects simultaneously- Any relevant independent projects undertaken could make you win brownie points,
