Job Description

    - Ensure user stories are ready for development to start work.- Ensure each story has the correct acceptance criteria.- Gather, manage, and priorities the product backlog based on business impact- Sprint planning.- Ensure close collaboration with the development team. Addressing their queries.- Work closely with engineering and quality assurance to ensure the right customer problem is solved.- Competitive analysis with the team to best focus their efforts.- Contribute to the work of the Product Manager as they define a product differentiation strategy.- Track progress towards the release of a product.- Constant focus on user feedback and actioning insights to drive product improvements.- Defining success metrics for each release.- Attending demos and ensuring that the implementation is in-line with the requirements.- You will own quality, deployment and operational excellence initiatives. Key Skills Required: - 1-3 years of product management experience with backend understanding- Should be an effective communicator and should be able to talk to various stakeholders- Familiarity in agile development framework will be preferable.- Experience in working for startups or high growth product organizations is preferred,
