Job Description

    Hi, We are hiring for Automotive Managers.AUTOMOTIVE MANAGERJOB DESCRIPTION
    • Achieve growth and hit sales targets
    • Acquisition of new clients
    • Lead conversion from numerous marketing channels
    • Creating a short and long-term sales plan with the intention of achieving the given

    • Consistently meet revenue goals in accordance with organizational goals
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
    • Actively looking for possibilities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers
    • Obtaining referrals from the current clientele to widen the sales pipeline
    • Management of customer relationships
    • Recognize customer needs and provide insights for improving the product portfolio based on interactions with and feedback from customers
    • Management of key accounts and Development of new accounts
    • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management

    SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
    • Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
    • Experience with cold calling
    • Experience with research and maintaining databases
    • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Experience in using CRM
    • Strong project and time management skills
    • Experience in Insurance/Assistance/Banking/NBFC Industry (preferred)
    • QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
    • Bachelors in Marketing or Business Administration
    • Minimum 5 years (s) experience in sales
