Mission Statement Build the B2B business through schools with a monthly revenue >3 Cr Your Roles and Responsibilities: The AVP Business Development for B2B is an entrepreneurial opportunity to help PlanetSpark build the B2B business from scratch and build it into a 30% revenue contributing business line. The role is a great fit for those who are deep problem solvers who can roll up their sleeves like an entrepreneur and build a business ground-up. The role is that of a true business owner with complete P&L responsibility and accountability of the entire marketing, sales, and product. Your responsibilities include:1) School Partnerships - Envision different models of school partnerships and create compelling value prop- Liaise with key decision makers and close partnerships- Hire a team to scale school partnerships2) Lead Capture- Conduct various activations in schools driven by product - Capture student leads through activations 3) Lead Conversion - Lead a sales team to convert prospect leads into active customers- Successfully deliver weekly and monthly revenue targets 4) Product - Work closely with the product team to come up with product interventions to help in a) increasing school partnerships b) lead capture and c) lead conversion- Drive product improvements and measure key KPIs Key Skills to be successful in the role: - A strong entrepreneurial mindset and P&L orientation- Very strong problem-solving ability to go through the 0 to 1 journey - Exceptional execution and process building ability What are we looking for - 10-15 years of experience in business development roles with at least 5 years of experience working in an educational company selling to schools- Proven record for achieving high revenue targets and owning the P&L - BTech or an MBA from a Tier 1 institute will be a plus- Located in Gurgaon / South Delhi and willing to work from office What are the behavioral attributes that we are looking for - A keen desire to build a new business line for a fast-growing Series B funded startup- An apparent Founders mindset i.e. A mindset where the person can own up B2B business and shape it independently like a Founder,
