Job Description

Education Qualification: Graduate/postgraduate degree along with a major/ specialization in marketing/sales. IIT/IIM is a plus. Requirement : 1. B2B sales of vegetables2. SaaS platform Sales (someone with an understanding to execute long term contracts) 3. Background in FMCG Sales.4. Has good communication skills.5. Has a strong team spirit and management skills.6. Strong market development and acquisition skills.Responsibilities : 1. Build and lead the sales vertical of the organization. 2. Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets 3. Interact with major F&V and FMCG companies that procure horticulture crops.4. Build partnerships with these companies for the crops and categories.5. Understand the customers requirement to introduce new crops/categories in the organization.6. Expand our customer base.7. Talk with customers to understand their needs and objectives8. Build Farmers market network9. Team building and management10. Work collaboratively across teams11.
