    We at the Truecaller AdSales team build and nurture relationships with brands across the globe. Truecaller is currently one of the largest standalone publishers in India and other emerging markets.The team partners with client and agency partners to provide the right solutions using Truecaller Ad products. The team is driven to excel quota figures and grow revenue significantly. The AdSales team works with a range of advertisers to deliver on their objectives using Truecaller s strong reach and range of custom audiences. The team exhibits a high-performing, collaborative and high-growth culture providing a strong learning curve for all memberAs a B2B Marketing Manager for the Ad Sales team, you will be leading the mandate to build and develop business marketing strategy for Ads. From defining positioning, building narratives, organizing roadshows to developing industry partnerships, generating leads, leading events and managing social media presence for our Ads business. You will have the opportunity to work with a cross-functional team across Sales, Product development, Data Scientists, PR and more. In this role, you will be defining the business marketing strategy for Ads from beginning to end.What do we expect from you
    • 7-10 years of overall experience.
    • Understanding of the digital media ecosystem especially the mobile landscape and media and advertising landscape in India and other emerging economies.
    • Proven experience in B2B marketing at a media or creative agency, publisher, digital platform or start-up.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Creative with a penchant to identify market pulse.
    • Self-starter, a fast learner who is detail-oriented and has critical thinking.
    • Ability to work independently and as a team across different functions.
    • Great stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to multitask with strong time management.
    • Good negotiation skills and strong communication skills.
    What will you work on :
    • Work with the Ad Sales, to develop and execute Ads marketing programs and client engagement strategy for India and other key geographies for Ads
    • Engage with external vendors to develop narratives and collateral aimed at increasing our mindshare with advertisers and agency partners
    • Engage with our agency partners to conduct roadshows that improve Truecaller Ad products share in media plans
    • Influence industry partners to drive thought leadership
    • Decide on an event strategy to improve positioning that impact the ecosystem and engage our client and agency partners
    • Build and maintain social media presence to engage relevant TG with innovative campaigns in the year
    • Collaborate with internal PR team to build and execute relevant and impactful PR for Truecaller Ads
    • Be able to clearly demonstrate the value of Truecaller Ad products as a media option
    • Track competition extensively for marketing initiatives and benchmark against ours
    • Liaise with cross-functional partners to ensure smooth execution of all strategies
    • Track and measure the impact of our programs and use insights/learnings to optimize initiatives for better impact.
    It would be great if you also have
    • MBA from a reputed school
    • Experience with drafting and launching PR articles
