Job Description

For Contractual Process Associates: Monthly in-hand salary for all: Rupees 15,000 + Rupees 5,000 Bonus after the 3-months contract ends. 5 Days Working, with 2 rostered offs Free Cab pick & drop [ref. to our hiring & non-hiring zones}Inbound US Customer service, B2B Process (no sales); very simple and no pressure as such No previous experience necessary Minimum 12th class pass (result-awaited can apply if they can furnish the marksheet on August 16)Requirement:- At least Above average English communication skills [>5 on a scale of 1-10]- Must be able to comprehend (understand) English Answer the questions accurately after they are put instead of repeating mugged-up lines- Must be able to speak grammatically correct English; and form sentences in English- Must use correct Tenses For instance, Must not speak of past in present or present continuous tenses- Must not have MTI S / Sh pronunciation issueHiring Procedure:HR-Shortlisted candidates list would be forwarded to Operations, who would again take a brief telephonic round, and decide on selection / rejection
