1. Bid Preparation including RFP,EOI & RFI 2. Floating of Checklist to all the stakeholders 3. Engaging with OEMs for all documents required in the Bid 4. Coordinating with Internal stakeholders i.e. technical team , execution team , Legal time , finance team & HR Team etc. 5. Verification & Validation of documents collected from OEMS and stakeholders. 6. Verification & Validation of the documents as per tender requirement. 7. To keep a tap on all the upcoming tenders and make repository for the same 8. Check our Pre- Qualification / Technical Qualification of RFP. 9. Uploading of the documents as per the checklist and tender requirement on the portal 10. Preparing response for Expression of Interest 11. Preparing Post Bid Clarification of the RFP. ,
