Job Description

Primary Job Responsibilities :- Support Brand Marketing Lead to develop the Marketing Strategy and Planning- Build brand activation activities as part of integrated comms. strategy- Market Insight - Gathering and analyzing the right data to develop market insights on market, brand and competitor performance using internal sales data and regular visits to the market- Responsible for monthly tracking and reporting, including liaising with Regional Sales Managers to understand key drivers behind performance- Close contact with cross functional team: Trade Marketing, Finance, R&D, and Sales team as well as advertising and media agencies- Manage special events such as sponsorships, new product launch, or other activities- Manage all internal communication & corporate communication related tasks end to end- Experience in handling and working with agencies to ensure seamless day to day operations- Financial /keeping track of budget and reporting- Identify new opportunities for brand/segment promotion- Work closely with product marketing on monthly /quarterly segment marketing plans,
