Job Description

    The role entails- Providing insights into multiple businesses and products to aid in decision making - Fastag, Insurance, Daily Car Wash, Car Trade, etc- Generating easy-to-interpret reports based on collected data- Conduct data analysis & design programs for process flow improvement- Use statistical methods to identify areas for operational improvement and make suggestions for streamlining processes- Work with department managers to create internal data collection guidelines- Define new process improvement opportunities- Write SQL queries & understand the tech product to drive improvementRequirements:- 1-4 years experience in aiding business/product vertical heads- Understand funnel creation and maximization of a digital product- Ability and hunger to understand how business is being done or the product working- Keen understanding of customers needs and how they discover, prefer, and interact with services Ability to challenge the status quo and think out of the box- Ability to challenge the status quo and think out of the box- Immense confidence to evangelize a nascent brand and project it with conviction- Excellent communication skills- Willingness to stretch on bandwidth and working hours if the situation demands,
