Job Description

Business Development Manager (sales of Web Development and Digital Marketing)Responsibilities: Business Development Executive are responsible for developing, generating and growing new Web development and digital marketing business, creating innovative online marketing sales plans and exhibiting expertise in digital marketing solutions.Responsibilities include selling Website Development, SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, online reputation management, and more services. Selling of these services will be done US location. The position demands an entrepreneurial-minded individual with high energy and strong motivation to sell. Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline and forecasts. (We like increasing numbers!). A strong candidate will have excellent sales and closing skills.Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Strong new business development skills
  2. Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in winning new business for agencies in the digital marketing and web development sector and dealing with high profile clients
  3. Have a great understanding of digital services and how they can benefit clients
  4. Be experienced in all stages of the sales process from lead generation to conversion
  5. Have great proposal writing, presentation and pitching skills
  6. Have a proven track record of selling digital marketing and web development services
  7. Be a motivated and focused individual with great organizational and interpersonal skills
  8. Have completed at least Bachelors Degree or MBA
  9. Should be ready to accept Targets
Salary 30K to 50K (negotiable depending upon the experience and interview performance)Note: Position is Work from Home till Covid and then at an office location in Gurgaon
