As the Manager BD, you will play a critical role in defining and executing our business development strategies to drive growth and expand our customer base.Budget- 50k (3-6 year experience)Responsibilities
    • Develop and implement business development strategies and plans to achieve company objectives.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the security industry.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, industry influencers, and strategic partners.
    • Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction at all stages.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and pricing strategies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with marketing, operations, and finance functions.
    • Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to the executive team.
    Requirements
    • Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
    • Proven experience in business development, sales.
    • Strong industry knowledge and understanding of market dynamics and trends.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present and articulate our value proposition effectively.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets
    • Proficiency in MS Office
