We are shaping a generation of confident speakers, writers and readers. Careers of tomorrow will depend on language expertise and mastering a new language is easier for a child and thats were we step in! The platform leverages powerful technology to provide live online classes to K10 learners on English Communication, Public Speaking, Reading, Writing, Grammar, Debating and other new age language skills. We arebacked by FIITJEE, Indian Angel Network, Hyderabad Angels and Lead Angels and VCs.Roles and Responsibilities/ Mission Statement:- Meet revenue numbers through individual targets- Only hot leads (leads that have already taken clients Trial Class) are shared and they need to be converted into Sales- Deep understanding of Sales is required, and the candidate should be able to build the right plans from concept to execution. We are looking for Sales conversion experts - The role is a mix of Individual Contribution (IC) and Team Management. In the first 3 months, the rolewill be 100% IC where you would be required to do individual sales. - After 3 months, based on sales performance, the incumbent starts building a team and entails about 30% Team Management wherein the incumbent starts taking accountability of team target apart from your individual target. - Eventually in 9 month the roles becomes 50% IC and 50% Team Management.Eligibility Criteria:- Willing to work 6 days a week- Willing to work in an early-stage startup and build everything from scratch- Relocatable/Working out of Gurgaon- 2.5 to 8 years of Direct Sales work ex (Preferably in a b2c or b2b Startup)- Past entrepreneurial experience is highly valuedOutcomes Expected:- Generate enrollments for client Live Online Classes with average ticket size as 25k perenrollment- Should be accountable for month on month / quarter on quartertarget achievement- Individually contribute towards target achievement through individual b2c sales- Motivate & work with the team to achieve the revenue targetsWhat are the behavioral attributes that we are looking for - A keen desire to drive the Business Development/Sales for a fast-growing seed-funded early-stage startup- An apparent Founders mindset i.e. A mindset where the person can own up Business Development/Sales and
