Qualification - Preferably should be a Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance.Mandatory requirement:Should have done a Business Finance Manager role for at least 1 years in companies like Flipkart, Swiggy, PhonePe, Ola, Udaan, HUL, Nestle, Airtel etc.Responsibility:- Setting up trackers and reporting mechanisms to get visibility into the health of the business unit.- Questioning all the assumptions of business leaders and pointing out blind spots in planning.- Being a co-owner of the plan once it is created and ensuring it is achieved by working closely with the respective business leaders.- Calling out metrics or areas which are off-track as soon as possible so that problem solving can be done quickly.- Bringing a rigour of data analysis and data-driven decision making in the business unit.- Partner with business leaders and build data-driven plans for achieving month-on-month growth targets.- Ensure a clear how-list for achieving targets is created which is necessary & sufficient.- Enable business leaders and founders to plan and track key business metrics like revenue, contribution margin, EBITDA, net burn, and growth metrics.- Dive deep into L3, L4, L5 level data to find out roadblocks or inefficiencies, or answer questions from business leaders or founders.- Bring a discipline of thinking and planning ahead so that major challenges are identified well in advance and timely corrective actions can be taken.Requirement:- Has a total experience of 2 to 4 years.- Should have done a Business Finance Manager role for at least 1 years in companies like Flipkart, Swiggy, PhonePe, Ola, Udaan, HUL, Nestle, Airtel etc.- Has the ability to scale up and adapt to a highly challenging and competitive environment.- Should have been a complete Biz fin owner of at least 1 division of the business.Company: We are Hiring for a Series C-funded Agritech company based of Gurgaon.
