Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Head to lead our sales and marketing efforts in the building material industry. The Business Head will be responsible for developing and executing sales & marketing strategies.- Building and maintaining relationships with B2B customers, and driving revenue growth. - Reducing costs and P&L management.- Improving cash flows and profitability.- Heading operations across PAN IndiaThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales & marketing success, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.- Build and maintain relationships.- Develop and maintain a database of potential clients and actively pursue new business opportunities.- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.- Create and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.- Negotiate and close sales contracts with clients.- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery.- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to stay current on industry trends and network with potential clients.- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.Candidate Profile:- Qualifications: PGDM from Tier 1/ Tier 2 in Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.- Minimum of 15 years of sales experience in building material.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful customer relationships.- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a sales team.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.- Willingness to travel as needed.If you meet the above requirements and are looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team, please apply with your updated resume / call @hidden_mobile,
