Job Description

    Business Head - Haircare Industry - Retail Category - Sales & Marketing Skills - Haircare, beauty, personal care Job Type - Permanent- The profile is responsible for all Profitability of the Brand and bringing to life the Brand sense of purpose and its approach to products, distinguishing community-based retail experience and socially-driven activities through Operations, Marketing, Training & Development, Forecasting, and Merchandising & SCM.Client Details : Our client is in the top Personal Care/Beauty companies in the India. They have a strong presence with great established brands. They are growing at a very fast pace in the Indian markets. They are looking for someone who can contribute to/head their New Business team.Description : Operations: - Own the strategic channel and category planning and regional business plans.- Achievement of Channel Sales objectives - Brand wise volumes, value and distribution objectives- Develop Sales activation calendar, budgets, controls and forecasting and achieve within the assigned budgets.Forecasting and Import: - Ensure Top Selling products availability in the warehouse- Sales analysis of Current category and product trends and prepare future forecast.Stock Management/Merchandising: - Ensure effective Stock management across all merchandise groups and products to maximise sales and marketing opportunities.- Ensure ABC analysis by Product and maintain the required week stock cover as per ABC analysis.Supply Chain Management: - Stock plan as per Monthly event plan and focus product requirement.- Ensure that Team does the proper Sampling allocation and supplies to distributors.Marketing & Digital: - Will be responsible for Developing Brand annual and monthly Marketing budgets and spends as per Budget allocations- Drive retail excitement and enhance store performance for delivering Like-For-Like growth for achieving the position of the leading brand in the Luxury Hair care Segment.- Deliver a consistent brand image and experience in line with non-negotiable global brand standards, while constantly improving customer satisfaction. Customer Relationship Management: - Conceptualise and execute Brand CRM program.- Implement Brand Recruit & Retain Strategy through activation of Brand Values, Sales Consultation and Skincare activation to create and retain customer loyalty- Manage and analyse Brand existing customer data base for purchase behaviour and trends.Digital and E Commerce: - Develop and Maintain Brand Digital and Social media program.- Execute Brand Digital program and KPIs and work with the digital agency to deliver the sameVisual Merchandising: - Ensure that Team maintains and implement all Graphic and Visual merchandising assets provided by the Brand- Understand the Brand VM principles and implement the same across all storesProfile : - 8 years+ experience in hair care category experience- Experience in handling both sales and marketing for the category - Agility to grow a new international business from scratch with a small, new teamJob Offer : Along with an attractive package, you will have the opportunity to play a significant role in the company.,
