  • Provide daily focus to Administrative / Reporting Team to ensure accuracy and deadline adherence
  • Enter payroll exceptions including mis-punches and out of office tracking such as vacation, holiday time, jury duty etc.
  • Process service requests, New Hire set ups, transfers, terminations and update all employee listings
  • Manage payroll and related queries with negligible errors
  • Manage basic NICE and IEX trouble shooting
  • Reports creation, analysis, distribution and problem solving, Liaison with multiple support groups to ensure all setups are done on time and accurately
  • Recognizes and recommends operational and support improvements
  • Perform other duties and assignments as directed
What you bring:
  • User Administration and Payroll processing for the contact center
  • Manage basic troubleshooting for application downtimes or user access related issues for contact center
  • Providing analytical inputs, sharing best practices in order to attain process improvement
  • Good Communication Skills and Graduate
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Communication Skills
  • Preferred Analytical Skills
  • Expert in MS Office
  • Should be open to 24/7 shifts
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
