What this job involves:Facilitating business growth through insightful, accurate informationOur Client Intelligence Hub is a centralised internal research repository for our company. This Hub maintains and promotes the latest intelligence reports to JLL globally, ensuring that our teams have access to relevant, useful and timely information on key aspects of the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry. You will be responsible for creating a research function that enriches and equips our teams with competitive intelligence, geographic and sector insights, and cutting-edge client research and analysis. This will enable our business to accurately assess our market position, develop key strategies and drive best practice across Asia Pacific through informed decision making. In addition to ensuring the team delivers critical materials on time and within budget, you will also need to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders for bespoke requirements and out of the box solution development. Internal communications will also be key to your success, ensuring that the broader business is aware and enthusiastic in utilising this resource. Building and managing a team You will lead the recruitment of a team of research specialists. Working alongside you, the team will utilise a range of research tools and databases to create or update reports on key clients, competitors and industry sectors in support of the broader JLL business. Working to strict deadlines and the highest expectations of data integrity, the team will discover, evaluate and provide base-level analysis on a broad range of data including (but not limited to) business strategy, commercial real estate presence and needs, cross-sell opportunities and intelligence on key decision makers.Looking to the futureThis role will be creating a new division of our internal business services offering. At first the position will focus on the creation and delivery of standardised reports, but as the team finds its feet and establishes itself as the best practice internal research option, you will identify new and alternative ways to provide key business information on the CRE sector for our teams. Ideally, this role will begin at a regional level and then develop a best in class approach that can be leveraged globally. Sound like you To apply, you need to be: ExperiencedA bachelor s degree is the minimum, on top of which at least ten years of working experience in commercial real estate industries or research roles to add further value. Your proven skills of consultation, team building and leadership will affirm your capabilities to collaborate or influence management, especially sales leadership. Excellent analytical and program management skills are essential.
